A complete redesign of the Hotellistat website following our new design language with a focus on simplicity and readability while still being visually appealing.

A visual redesign

At Hotellistat we take great pride in the design advancements that went into version 2. We've been working on our new design language for quite some time now, refining it, and making it more accessible and consistent.

With these changes, we also had to create a new website that reflects our new visual style, so we had to completely redesign our old website from the ground up, to reflect the new features of version 2 and to make it easier for new visitors to understand what we are.

That's why I went on a month's journey to create a new website that is more accessible, more readable, and more visually appealing.

A platform to build on

With the new website, we opted for one of the most advanced server-side rendered frameworks currently available: Nuxt.js. It allows us to use its versatility to build new features into the website itself, such as a guide, our upcoming free auto-review-reply tool, and much more allowing the user to have a more streamlined experience when using Hotellistat tools and information. We've also improved our blog section and added an improved version of our glossary that allows you to easily research common terms in the hotel industry.

A simpler pricing

With our old website, we often got feedback that our pricing was too complicated and that it was hard to understand what you get for your money. With version 2 we've simplified our pricing to make it easier to understand and to make it easier to compare our plans, as well as create your custom plan if needed.
